firewall.

This course is designed for experienced Linux and networking professionals

responsible for configuring and maintaining a Linux-based firewall.

On completing this course, students should be able to:

- Install and harden Linux
- Configure packet filtering and network address translation
- Configure socks and proxy services
- Configure DNS on a firewall
- Configure E-mail forwarding on a firewall
- Configure Virtual Private Networking
- Configure and use hackers' tools
- Detect and counter firewall intrusions
